is there any good method to fix the weighted keel (110kg) in its box?
It simply lying on the socket (see picture: blue socket, red/brown: keel). There is no locking mechanism. In fact its a swing keel, that swings back and forth and also to any side

On the Microsail keelboat Jeanneau, the keel in the low position is blocked in navigation by 8 screws and nuts which fix the head of keel in the well.
On other constructions, there is also a blocking of the keel in the low position, with an axis which passes through the well, just above the keel head in the low position.
